  3. Collection and inspection of necessary documentation. We will read thoroughly the paperwork of the property in order to understand what we are being sold and if we are speaking to the legitimate owner.
  4. Real estate Check-Up. We must be sure in due time if the property is lawful as regards the land registry, town planning and construction.
  5. Negotiation with the seller agency or directly with the owner. An expert negotiator knows how to obtain the best conditions and, how to negotiate with factual data, its position. Moreover, negotiating for oneself without being able to use one’s own language is very complicated.
